Each product is described, along with its current price, any limited-time or limited-quantity pricing tiers, and what is included, on that product's own sales page at the time of purchase. That sales page forms part of the contract between us at the time you buy, alongside these Terms.

Prices, currency, and any promotional, limited-time or capped-quantity pricing tiers are set out on the relevant product's sales page and may change at any time before you complete a purchase. Once you have completed a purchase, the price you paid does not change. Where a product is offered at different prices to different groups (for example an early or invited-only tier), eligibility for that tier is determined solely by us.

Prices may be displayed in USD, GBP or another currency depending on the product. Where payment is processed in a different currency to the one displayed, the exchange rate applied will be that of the payment processor at the time of transaction. You are responsible for any bank charges or currency conversion fees applied by your card issuer.

What is included with any specific product, including access duration, any companion materials, community access, and whether future updates are included at no additional cost, is set out on that product's sales page at the time of purchase. That description applies to your purchase for as long as you hold it, even if the product's included features change for future purchasers.

Digital products are delivered electronically. Upon successful payment, you will receive an email containing access instructions. Delivery is typically immediate but may take up to 24 hours. If you have not received access within 24 hours of purchase, please contact us at [email protected].

As our digital products are delivered with immediate access granted upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once access has been provided.

If you have not accessed the course and believe you have been charged in error, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at [email protected] and we will review your case on its individual merits.

This refund policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under UK consumer law. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel a digital product purchase within 14 days, unless you have expressly consented to immediate access and acknowledged that your right to cancel will be lost upon access being granted. By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have given this consent.

Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use that product's content for your own personal use only.

We may offer private one-to-one sessions with The Cryptonian as an optional upsell, including goal-setting sessions and COMPASS checkpoint calls at 1, 3, 6 or 12 month intervals.

These sessions are booked and paid for separately from the course. Pricing, availability and booking terms for these sessions will be confirmed at the time of offer.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked session, please give at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may forfeit the session fee at our discretion.

Our website and member area contain information about, and referral links to, third-party platforms and projects including but not limited to hardware wallet providers, trading platforms, travel membership programmes, and financial structure services.

These third-party relationships may result in The Cryptonian receiving a commission or other benefit when you register or transact via our referral links.
